CHAPLAINCY

At the very core of Number 8 Prison Project (N8PP) is our CHAPLAINCY. Everything we undertake is deeply rooted in our faith, driven by the love and teachings of Christ.

Our Dedicated Chaplaincy Leaders and Team

Guided by the principles of love, hope, and restoration, our Chaplaincy Team is lead by Manu and Bianca Vuniwawa and comprises of devoted men and women who have wholeheartedly committed their lives to service. Manu and Bianca are passionate about discipleship and creating programs and pathways that support the local churches in creating safe spaces for vulnerable people and that develop and support men and women in their faith journey.  Manu leads with lived experience and a deep love for God and His people.

The Chaplaincy team tackle profound issues of value and hope, and strive to be a bridge to hope and support to those seeking spiritual guidance. Their invaluable contributions and the difference they make in the lives of many make us truly appreciative of their dedication.

Guided by Faith

Matthew 25:36 encapsulates the essence of our mission: "I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me."

In adhering to these words, we extend our hands and hearts to support and uplift those in need, reflecting the unconditional love of Christ.

Join the Team

We are always looking for like minded people to join the team.  If you are interested and can commit 2-4 hours monthly, we'd love to hear from you.
